Sheet metal production<\/h3>\n

We produce a variety of products using sheet metal, such as drawers, trolleys and retail stands. A combination machine allows various shapes, threads and cuts to be carried out on the same blank at the same time in a cost-effective manner.<\/p>\n

We use, for example, cold rolled steel, galvanised steel, aluminium and stainless steel as our materials.<\/p>\n

Steel thread products (3 mm\u201312 mm)<\/h3>\n

We bend thread in to both flat and three-dimensional pieces.
\nOur material options include drawn, galvanised or stainless steel thread.<\/p>\n

Pipe and flat products<\/h3>\n

We use pipe to make, for example, frames, racks and stands. Our special expertise include demanding, chrome-surfaced presentation stands by means of TIG and MAG welding. It is also possible to choose stainless steel (ss) as the material.<\/p>\n

We also carry out all flat work, including cuts, perforations, bends, threading, as well as press and welding work. In this area, our expertise includes products made of cold rolled flat rods, which have rounded edges and a smooth surface.<\/p>\n

Welding, edging and bending<\/h3>\n

Surface treatment<\/h3>\n

In our paintshop, your product will receive the surface you desire. You can choose, for example, powder paintwork, galvanisation, chrome or electrolysis polishing for the surface.
